- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business strategies, client lists, and financial information. - Limitation of Liability
The Hungry Nutritionist shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. The Client acknowledges that The Hungry Nutritionist’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the provision of services at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
- Amendments
The Hungry Nutritionist reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.
