Discovery Call: Your first step towards recovery begins with a free 20-minute discovery call. This call allows us to gain a deep understanding of your individual needs and determine which package aligns best with your goals.
- Individual Nutrition Counselling – Tailored to Your Needs: (£120 per hour) Our individual nutrition counselling package is designed to address your specific requirements. Offering an initial 1 hour full assessment and then follow up sessions as needed (price variable) on Zoom, Google meet or MS Teams sessions, we create a safe and supportive space for you to share your story. During the initial session, we lay the foundation of your treatment plan by considering your lived experiences, present circumstances, responsibilities, and aspirations. Together, we explore the most effective approach that will lead to your recovery and healing.
- Group Nutrition Counselling – Foster Supportive Connections: (£60 per person per hour, 5 people in a group) Our group nutrition counselling package offers a nurturing community environment where you can connect with others who share similar challenges. Prior to each session, you will receive an email with a worksheet to complete and return before the session begins. While these sessions have a more general focus, we ensure that each participant has an allocated time during the one-hour appointment to be heard, share their experiences, and ask questions. Our interactive sessions promote a sense of belonging and provide valuable insights for your personal journey.
